Harry C. Franzheim
Harry has over 22 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and training. Besides more than 16 years of HR management in the manufacturing sector, he has also worked in the health care and banking industries.
Harry holds a graduate degree in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University and an undergraduate degree from Ithaca College’s School of Health and Human Performance. He is certified in Organizational Systems Renewal, Advanced Employment Law, Kaizen Breakthrough Methodology, Demand-Based Manufacturing, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
Harry speaks frequently at seminars throughout the Northwest. His achievements include organizational design and development with Continental Mills, Inc. (Krusteaz) and Mikron Industries, where he helped create and lead cutting-edge work systems that increased the bottom line.
Margie has over 12 years of retail management experience, having worked with Northwest retail powerhouses such as Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, and Frederick & Nelson. Margie holds a BS degree in Management and Marketing from Ithaca College.
Lead Recruiter and Service Manager
Kari joined New Era HR Solutions in the winter of 2008 to run and manage the front-office and to help with client development and employee recruiting. Kari has over 8 years experience as an Office Manager for various employers in the Helena, Montana area. She comes to New Era with strong administration and customer service skills. She also brings expertise in payroll, compliance, and employment law practices. Chance Brimhall joined New Era HR Solutions in the summer of 2011 as the Director of Business Development. Chance has over 8 years of business development, sales, and marketing experience with world class recruiting and staffing firms. His expertise is in listening to client needs and then developing true solutions that drive bottom line results. His leadership role with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) means that he understands the challenges of today's Human Resource Managers. Maisha Houston, CSP joined New Era HR Solutions in the spring of 2013. Maisha offers over 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience in the flexible staffing industry. Core areas of expertise include employment law, corporate compliance, account management, business development sales, marketing and, of course, recruiting. Maisha has completed accounting and business information technology courses at Seattle Central Community College. Additionally she was certified as a Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association in 2011. Maisha brings to New Era HR Solutions integrity and a strong set of critical skills that we need to continue on our growth plans.Sarah Zaraski
Sarah also joined New Era HR in the Fall of 2013 to serve the critical function of Recruiting Coordinator. In this position, Sarah was able to use all of her gifts and talents to ensure that we maintain the integrity of our key processes that we use to find, assess, and employ the many talented candidates that come to New Era HR looking for careers. Sarah has a strong Retail background and excellent customer service skills. Her energy and her people skills provide for a great candidate experience at New Era HR. In the Spring of 2014, Sarah was promoted to a Recruiter.
