
Harry C. Franzheim
President
Harry has over 22 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and training. Besides more than 16 years of HR management in the manufacturing sector, he has also worked in the health care and banking industries.
Harry holds a graduate degree in Whole Systems Design from Antioch University and an undergraduate degree from Ithaca College’s School of Health and Human Performance. He is certified in Organizational Systems Renewal, Advanced Employment Law, Kaizen Breakthrough Methodology, Demand-Based Manufacturing, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
Harry speaks frequently at seminars throughout the Northwest. His achievements include organizational design and development with Continental Mills, Inc. (Krusteaz) and Mikron Industries, where he helped create and lead cutting-edge work systems that increased the bottom line.
Margie J. Franzheim
Vice President
Margie has over 12 years of retail management experience, having worked with Northwest retail powerhouses such as Eddie Bauer, Nordstrom, and Frederick & Nelson. Margie holds a BS degree in Management and Marketing from Ithaca College.
Kari Mufich
Lead Recruiter and Service Manager
Kari joined New Era HR Solutions in the winter of 2008 to run and manage the front-office and to help with client development and employee recruiting. Kari has over 8 years experience as an Office Manager for various employers in the Helena, Montana area. She comes to New Era with strong administration and customer service skills. She also brings expertise in payroll, compliance, and employment law practices. Kari studied accounting at Montana College of Technology and various coursework in office management, computer science, and supervisory training.
Chance Brimhall

Chance Brimhall joined New Era HR Solutions in the summer of 2011 as the Director of Business Development. Chance has over 8 years of business development, sales, and marketing experience with world class recruiting and staffing firms. His expertise is in listening to client needs and then developing true solutions that drive bottom line results. His leadership role with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) means that he understands the challenges of today's Human Resource Managers. With this expertise and his ability to achieve outstanding results, New Era HR Solutions will be offering more services to more clients in the Puget Sound area.
Joy Thomas
Staffing Coordinator
Joy joined New Era HR in the winter of 2012 as our staffing coordinator with the primary responsibility of scheduling, testing, and preparing candidates for employment with our clients. She comes to New Era HR with over 5 years of event coordination, account management, and inside sales experience. She has been active volunteering within the community with such organizations as The Special Olympics and the Mountain Vineyards Christian Fellowship.

Tori Stevens
Recruiter
Tori joined New Era HR in the winter of 2012 as a highly skilled and seasoned recruiter. Tori has joined New Era HR specifically to help with the projected demand for temporary, temp to hire, and direct hire needs from our current and prospective clients. Tori will also be instrumental in learning and streamlining our payroll processes to provide for a fully cross-trained and proficient staff. Tori has over 6 years of staffing and administration experience.
Tori brings to New Era HR Solutions the experience and knowledge of sourcing for direct hire placements of technical and professional candidates, a segment of the market that our clients expect to have significant demand going forward.
